Come and join the 1st EuroFlow Course on immunophenotypic profiling of T/NK-cell neoplasms

Diagnosis of T-cell and natural killer (NK) cell neoplasias can be a challenge!
These diseases are relatively rare and often show complex and heterogeneous immunophenotypes that may closely resemble reactive or activated lymphocyte populations. As a result, distinguishing between benign immune responses and true malignant proliferation requires careful interpretation of laboratory findings.
In this course, we will explore the key principles of flow cytometric diagnosis and classification of T-cell and NK-cell neoplasms by identification of aberrant immunophenotypes, and the interpretation of population patterns that help differentiate reactive from abnormal lymphoid populations.
In this course, EuroFlow experts will give deep insights into T- and NK-cell ontogeny and differentiation, and discuss pathologies of the immature and mature cell compartments. Diagnosis, clonality assessment and classification, as well as monitoring by flow-cytometry will be demonstrated in a case-based approach.
By the end of this course, participants will better understand the diagnostic clues available in the laboratory and how to integrate immunophenotypic, morphological, and clinical information to support accurate diagnosis and classification of T-cell and NK-cell neoplasias.
The 1st EuroFlow on immunophenotypic profiling of T/NK-cell neoplasms will take place from June 1 to 5, 2026.
Small groups
The T/NK Summer Course is open to 24 participants maximum. After the educational lectures on each topic, participants will be given case files to solve in small groups, and cases will be reviewed and discussed in class. Additional cases will be available for assisted self-training. Tutors are experienced lecturers from the EuroFlow Consortium; also, expert pathologists will complement the flow-cytometry analyses in lymphoma cases.
